Biography
Patty Pearson serves as Of Counsel in our Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on product liability, toxic tort, asbestos and general civil defense litigation in Washington. Patty also has experience in a wide variety of complex civil and appellate litigation in the areas of third-party insurance defense, construction defect, employment-related claims, insurance coverage, and personal injury.
Patty was raised in Seattle and is proud of her Pacific Northwest upbringing, which allows her to stay active all year long, no matter the weather. Patty has served as the President of the Board of Directors of Lakeridge Swim club since 2019 and as the Swim Team Representative Board Member since 2017. She is currently also a member of the Gender Inclusion Task Force of the Greater Seattle Summer Swim League, a subcommittee established to create a policy for gender-diverse youth participating or seeking to participate in the Greater Seattle Summer Swim League. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two sons.
