Christal Harrison grew up in Mesa, AZ and attended Arizona State University in Tempe, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business management at the W.P. Carey School of Business. She moved to Seattle to attend law school at the University of Washington, where she was a Rule 9 clinic student in the Innocence Project Northwest, treasurer of Asian/Pacific American Law Student Association, and a member of the Diversity Committee, the Women’s Law Caucus, and the Black Law Students Association.
After law school, Christal spent two years clerking for the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One, in Seattle. She is currently a member of the Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association, the Loren Miller Bar Association, and the Asian Bar Association of Washington.
Christal loves her profession and looks forward to building relationships, advising clients, and becoming an active member of the legal, business, and cultural communities in the Pacific Northwest. She especially appreciates the fact that so many GTH attorneys have chosen to work here for so many years, and she is excited to learn and grow with the firm.
In addition to hiking, biking, and practicing yoga, Christal loves spending time with friends and family to celebrate everyday occasions and enjoy good food and wine. She and her husband, Anthony, purchased their first house in Tacoma and found the perfect cat to help make their house a home.
