BIOGRAPHY

Following his undergraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, Jeff attended law school in Boston, Massachusetts. During his time in law school, Jeff served as the vice president of the New England chapter of the American Constitution Society. He then returned home to finish his legal education at Seattle University School of Law.

His current areas of practice include all types of estate planning, probates and post death trust administration, elder law, guardianships, and court supervised trusts.  Additionally, Jeff serves as a court appointed Court Visitor/Guardian ad Litemin guardianship and probate matters across the South Puget Sound, having been appointed in Kitsap, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties.  These experiences give him a unique perspective when dealing with elder law, guardianship, and probate matters across multiple jurisdictions.  Jeff also presents on topics around guardianship and probates to local and state bar associations.

Jeff takes pride in bringing a smile to practice of law and creating practical solutions that minimize conflict, preserve family assets, and keep families focused on their goals and desired outcomes.

When not spending time or traveling with his wife and son, Jeff is an avid fisherman and enjoys taking in the many outdoor experiences that are unique to the Pacific Northwest.
