BIOGRAPHY
Caitlin grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, and attended college on the East Coast. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she worked in government affairs and advocacy for four years before returning to the Pacific Northwest for law school.
In 2022, Caitlin graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Chief Managing Editor for Washington Law Review and the Vice President of Judges for the Moot Court Honor Board. She was also a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team, arguing civil rights cases at regional and national competitions, and she was awarded the National Best Oralist award in 2021. Caitlin now coaches moot court competitors and volunteers as a judge for mock trial and moot court competitions. Before pursuing her LL.M. studies at UW Law, she assisted her Evidence professor in drafting an updated treatise on Washington Evidence Law.
Caitlin uses her Tax LL.M to help clients ensure their planning is as tax advantageous as possible while effectively accomplishing their individual goals. Her practice covers estate planning, probate, trust administration, business tax matters, and the management of closely held entities.
Caitlin lives with her cat in Seattle, where she enjoys cooking, doing crosswords (on paper, of course), spending time on Lake Union and Lake Washington, and exploring Washington as much as possible. She looks forward to building strong relationships with clients and working to structure plans that are best for them.
