BIOGRAPHY
Emma Luton’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning and probate. In addition to drafting wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and premarital agreements, she also helps families through the probate process. With an LLM in Taxation, she particularly enjoys helping families to navigate the tax and non-tax considerations at play when preparing their estate plans, establishing trusts or making lifetime gifts, and administering an estate or trust.
Emma enjoys building relationships with her clients and working with them to structure a plan that is the right fit for their families. She knows the sense of relief that comes with finalizing an estate plan or closing a probate and wants her clients to enjoy the security of knowing that their affairs are in order.
Emma was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and splits her time between enjoying its natural wonders outdoors and crocheting and quilting indoors.
