Shoreline Management Act

We have been helping clients with issues involving the Shoreline Management Act since it was enacted in 1972.  Our attorneys provide strategic planning for all sizes of projects within the shorelines of our state.  Our attorneys also facilitate the acquisition of all types of shoreline permits, including variances and substantial development permits, and routinely represent clients in front of administrative boards, in addition to state and federal courts on shoreline issues.
