We have extensive experience in condominium law.  Our representation includes owners’ associations and developers with respect to residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium projects. Our extensive experience for developers includes creating, developing, and selling condominiums and now under the new WACOIA rules, planned communities.  We structure and prepare the necessary formation documents, association documents, address compliance issues, and warranty programs, including, when necessary, construction defect defense litigation.  We create many new condominiums each year and also convert existing buildings into the condominium ownership form.  Our experience for associations includes governing document formation, amendments, and maintenance, as well as assisting with compliance, collection, and dispute resolution.
