BIOGRAPHY

Bryce is an associate attorney and member of the firm’s Business Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, entity governance, purchase and sale agreements, and leasing.

Bryce was born in Olympia and graduated from Tumwater High School. He moved across the country to attend Duke University, where he experienced southern heat and humidity for the first time. After graduating in 2015, he worked as an outdoor activity instructor in England, living on a boat in a salt marsh. He then joined Teach for America and taught high school students for three years in San Antonio, Texas. His passion for advocacy eventually led him to pursue a legal education in 2020.

In 2023 Bryce graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. During his time at Villanova, Bryce worked as a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review and as a teaching assistant for the transactional legal writing course. He also represented various clients through the Villanova Tax Clinic, helping them navigate the complex American tax system.

Throughout all of Bryce’s moves across the country and abroad, he always wanted to return to the Northwest, his true home. He is happy to work in Tacoma and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his clients. In his spare time, you can find him running, skiing, hiking, walking his stubborn poodle mix Charlie, watching history documentaries, and cheering on each and every Seattle sports team.
