Nadine is an associate attorney in the firm’s Labor & Employment law group, joining GTH in 2024. She grew up in Issaquah, WA and earned her B.A. in International Political Economy from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, graduating in 2020 with honors. Nadine briefly worked as a legal assistant before attending law school at the University of Washington School of Law and earning her J.D. in June 2024. During law school, Nadine served as the Chief Comments Editor for the Washington International Law Journal and as a mediator for King County Small Claims Court. She also worked as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern, providing pro bono legal aid to University of Washington Students in immigration, landlord/tenant, and family law matters.
In her role with the Labor & Employment Group, Nadine counsels employers and businesses on a variety of issues from the beginning to the end of the employment relationship. She provides employers with legal advice on issues such as termination decisions, workplace investigations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave laws, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations. She also helps employers develop best practices to avoid litigation through drafting and updating employee handbooks and developing policies and trainings to prevent workplace disputes.
In her free time, Nadine enjoys walking around Greenlake, exploring Seattle’s farmers markets, baking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
