Reuben Schutz is a partner in the Land Use and Environmental group.
Before becoming an attorney, Reuben worked in the construction and building trades, and he puts his prior life experience to good use working with his clients to solve problems and keep goals and objectives on track.
Reuben assists clients with practically every conceivable issue associated with the use of land and permitting, including zoning issues, SEPA and environmental issues, shoreline management and compliance, critical areas, stormwater management, and administrative and judicial appeals.
When not practicing law, Reuben enjoys exploring Western Washington and beyond with his wife, two sons, and dog.
Reuben assists landowners with a wide variety of real estate and land use disputes in state court. He also helps real property owners navigate various land use matters relating to permitting and development.
In addition, Reuben aids his clients with the drafting of easements, boundary-line adjustments, and other land-use related legal documents.
