For more than 40 years, Mark Honeywell has been an active litigator with a track record of resolving a wide variety of complex disputes. Over the course of his distinguished career, he tried and litigated hundreds of cases, and thus gained experience in a broad array of legal issues as well as a practical understanding of the benefits of resolution and how to achieve it. He now devotes his practice full-time to mediations and arbitrations.
As an approved United States District Court Rule 39 mediator, he has successfully mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases involving personal injury, professional negligence, products liability, real estate and commercial litigation, neighbors’ property disputes, sexual abuse of minors, and insurance claims and coverage.
Mark has contributed to his profession as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also is an educator, author, and engaging speaker whose talk, Professionalism: How To Be On the Offensive Without Being Offensive, has kept audience members awake at a number of seminars over the years. To no one’s great surprise, he received the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors’ Award for Professionalism.
Married for over 50 years, Mark is a proud father and grandparent. He spends a great deal of his alleged leisure time renovating his house on Vashon Island.
