Carinne is a seasoned litigator who represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on claims related to personal injury, catastrophic injury and death, product liability, employment disputes, construction defect and injury, and real estate and land use disputes. She handles matters from pre-suit disputes through trial and appeal. She also provides advice and counsel to help clients avoid potential claims.

Carinne provides exceptional representation in a straightforward, efficient, and cost-effective manner in order to achieve the best possible result for her clients. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, she knows how to tailor her strategy to anticipate opposing counsel’s approach and position her clients for success at every stage of litigation. Her experience on both sides of the aisle gives her a well-rounded perspective on litigation risk, case valuation, and effective advocacy. Clients value her practical guidance, clear communication, and ability to keep matters moving forward efficiently.

Prior to joining GTH in 2026, she worked at a national insurance defense litigation firm, where she handled a wide variety of civil matters in courts across the state, and in surrounding states as visiting counsel.

When she is not working, Carinne spends her time chasing after her two children, going to rock concerts, and attempting to develop a green-thumb in her yard.
