Biography
Diane joined GTH in 1988 after working in private practice for seven years. She received her JD from the University of Washington School of Law after attending Alliance Française in Paris and Leningrad University in the USSR. Her primary areas of practice include product liability litigation with an emphasis on toxic chemicals, commercial litigation, and general business. For many years, Diane led a successful trial team that won defense verdicts and favorable settlements in asbestos cases filed in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. She has represented most of her clients for more than two decades. Before becoming an attorney, Diane taught secondary school for nine years. She remains an advocate for education and has served on the advisory board of the Rotary Educational Assistance program and on the executive board of King County Boys and Girls Clubs.
