BIOGRAPHY

Julie Dickens has been with the firm since 1999. She focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate, and related business matters, consulting with individuals and their closely held businesses in all stages of their planning. In addition to drafting wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and premarital agreements, she also helps families through the probate process. She has a strong real estate background and helps her clients acquire, sell, and refinance their real estate. Related to this she forms limited liability companies and works with corporate and shareholder matters.

Julie enjoys her practice because it offers her the opportunity to interact personally with her clients as she learns their life stories and collaborates with them to develop effective strategies for securing their future. Given her years of practice, she welcomes the challenge of counseling clients through both prosperous and difficult times, creating practical solutions to complex estate, real estate and related business matters.

Julie has her roots in the Northwest – she was born and raised in the Seattle area, but grew up spending time with extended family in Tacoma. In her spare time, she’s an avid reader, music lover, film buff and weekend runner.
