Andrea can help whether you need employment advice to stay out of litigation or someone to fight for you in court. Andrea is a trial attorney with extensive experience in employment and

business litigation. She has successfully represented clients litigating employment discrimination, non-competition, and wage and hour cases in both state and federal courts. Andrea has obtained pre-trial injunctions where immediate relief was critical to her clients and jury verdicts enforcing her clients’ contract rights. She works closely with employers to advise on compliance with Washington and federal law. Andrea also has worked extensively in alcohol regulation and policy, agency law and education law.

Andrea joined GTH in 2005 after graduating from Seattle University School of Law, magna cum laude. Before becoming a lawyer, she taught English in local public schools for over ten years.

Andrea is the Chair of GTH’s Board of Directors, a long-time member of Washington Women Lawyers, and she sits on the Tacoma Pierce County Judicial Qualifications Committee. She is an avid skier and hiker. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two teenage daughters, discovering new restaurants, and attempting farm to table dinners at home.
